What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the unused product within 5 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of your shipping invoice and on the outside of the package, a return authorization number. You must obtain a return authorization number by contacting us at: returns@piecestheultimatecollection.com

There is a $5.00 handling and restocking charge for each item returned. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. If you have other questions regarding a return, please contact us at: returns@piecestheultimatecollection.com

What if I received the wrong product?

If you received a product you did not order, please contact us at customerservice@piecestheultimatecollection.com

When you contact us, please have your include your shipping invoice number and tells us what you ordered and what you received. We shall be happy to solve the problem, because we appreciate your business.

When will I receive my order?

All items are shipped within 3 to 4 weeks of receipt of your order. Special orders may take a little longer. If for some reason your items can not be shipped timely, we will notify you of the delay.

Can I place a custom order?

If I do not want to pay by credit card, can I still order?

Our items are personally made after we receive your order.

What are your store hours?

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer service will respond to e-mail within 24 hours of your inquiry. We are closed on holidays.

What are the care instructions for your products?

We list Care Instructions on the product pages of the website. Care Instructions are also attached to each item or Care Instructions are included in the package.

Do you ship to other countries?

We proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses. Our website shipping instructions include shipping to Canada. For all other countries, please contact us at: customerservice@piecestheultimatecollection.com

How can I find out what conferences, conventions and convocations you will be attending?

Currently we do not have a calendar of events we will be participating in. If you are attending a conference and would like to know if we will be there, please email us. What is the size of the embroidery design?

All embroidery designs are done in proportion to the product. All designs are less than 4 inches.

Our prices include free handling and free standard shipping in the USA. For shipment outside of the USA please contact us at customerservice@piecetheultimatecollection.com
